You will be required to have a Personal Identification Number (PIN), and a Password to enter an Exam.

Final Examinations must be taken in a prescribed time frame. Time frame begins the day that you received the course (Please see below).

Any finals taken prior to the time stated must be retaken.

Statutory Courses (College Level Courses)

The fastest you can complete a statutory course is 18 days from the date you received the course. If you are concurrently enrolled in two or more courses, the minimum time to complete each course is 18 days for each course. In other words, two courses in 36 days, three courses in 54 days, etc.

All Statutory Course final exams consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions. You will have 3 hours to complete each exam.

Continuing Education Courses

Minimum time to complete each course is based on the number of hours you are enrolled in:

  • 45 hour package finals may be taken five days after you receive the package.
  • Individual 3 hour course finals may be taken one day after you receive the course.
  • Individual 6 hour course finals may be taken one day after you receive the course.
  • Individual 15 hour course finals may be taken two days after you receive the course.
  • Individual 18 hour course finals may be taken two days after you receive the course.
  • Individual 21 hour course finals may be taken three days after you receive the course.

    MAXIMUM TIME TO COMPLETE ANY COURSE IS ONE YEAR FROM YOUR REGISTRATION DATE.

    CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION WILL BE ISSUED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF YOUR FINALS. IF YOU ARE WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF YOUR EXPIRATION DATE, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A FACSIMILE COPY.
